Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kimberly

01What do you attribute your success to?

I really credit my success to my drive and my willingness to take chances when they matter. When I realized I needed to open up my career options, I pushed myself to look beyond my home state and ended up taking a job halfway across the country, somewhere I'd never been and where I didn't know a single person. It was a big leap, but it taught me a lot about myself and showed me that I can adapt, grow, and succeed even when everything around me is new.
