Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the people I am connected with, both through the Circle of Consciousness and Happiness and through various initiatives at NVIDIA. For me, true success comes from seeing the people I interact with grow and succeed. My drive stems from the anticipation and satisfaction of knowing that the time, energy, and emotions I invest are making a meaningful, positive impact on others’ lives.

This impact creates a cycle of energy that multiplies and inspires me to continue giving my best. Witnessing the tangible difference in others not only motivates me but also reinforces my own growth, creating a continuous loop of learning, contribution, and fulfillment.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come! Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome! This is timeless and invaluable advice received from my beloved Sir Dr. Bhupendra Chaudhary.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

“Life is too short to stay rigid or resist what comes your way. When you open up to possibilities, life has a way of surprising you. Just try this for a month — say ‘yes’ to every request that could bring a smile to someone’s face because of your help.”

If you are influencing someone, knowingly or unknowingly, I believe that influence is not a title—it is a responsibility. I consider myself truly influential only when the people who look up to me grow into strong, conscious leaders themselves and, in turn, extend their hands to those in need. My goal is to create replicas of myself—leaders who help others tap into their skills, intelligence, creativity, and potential. I walk this path inspired by my mentor, Sri Bhupendra Chaudhry, whose life is dedicated to the betterment of humanity. His guidance has taught me the value of time and the importance of purposeful action. Every moment is an opportunity; if I gain even five minutes, I use it productively, whether to respond to emails or complete tasks. Time, after all, is the most finite resource we have, and utilizing it well is essential for growth and impact. My advice to young women entering this industry is to be aware of your unique qualities, take full responsibility for your actions and surroundings, and continuously strive to become the best version of yourself. Embrace learning, manage your time wisely, and remember that true leadership is measured by the positive impact you create in others’ lives.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I am receiving an ample number of requests from peers who are searching for a job due to very sudden layoffs. Some fresh graduates are approaching me as well to get placed. I am trying to create some space for the work and the skills to come together.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, Humbleness, and Honesty.
