Based in Bellevue, Washington, she currently serves as the North America Lead for Building Launches and Operations Integration at TikTok, where she oversees the planning and execution of new facilities, ensuring seamless integration across systems, teams, and supply chain operations. With a background in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Krati has built a reputation for translating complex technical challenges into streamlined, high-impact operational solutions. Prior to her work at TikTok, Krati spent over seven years at Amazon, where she led large-scale automation and material handling integrations across the last-mile delivery network. Her leadership scaled teams, managed billion-dollar capital investments, and delivered measurable gains in productivity and cost efficiency. Her earlier career includes engineering and design experience at Tata Motors and global logistics improvement projects at Cummins, where she developed a strong foundation in manufacturing, transportation optimization, and systems thinking. The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is keeping up with rapid changes and being able to effectively adapt and teach others along the way.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me are believing in myself, standing tall and proud, speaking up, valuing my opinions, taking pride in my work, and making a difference, while enjoying time cooking, dining out, and relaxing with favorite TV shows.
