I attribute my success to my drive and determination. I am a dreamer who refuses to give up, even when faced with challenges. I am deeply passionate about my work and consistently strive to go above and beyond expectations. I pride myself on being loyal, intentional, and committed to delivering high-quality results in everything I do.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have patience as you build your career and understand that it’s okay to pivot along the way while still staying committed to your goals. Don’t give up when challenges arise, because things will improve with persistence and dedication. Nothing truly worthwhile comes easily, but the effort you invest will be rewarding in the long run.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Opportunity: AI agents and AI-driven marketing/product tools are early-stage with huge upside.
Challenge: AI is nascent and raises many technical and social questions; alongside this, women face systemic challenges such as imposter syndrome and unequal compensation.
