She serves as the principal advisor on acquisitions, long- and short-term objectives, and operational plans, ensuring that marketing, branding, production, and product launch strategies align with company goals. Lakesha manages cross-functional teams, monitors regulatory compliance, and implements organizational tracking systems to maximize efficiency and reduce overhead, while expanding DeVine Wine Jelly’s product offerings and market presence across 17 states.
