About Lana
Lana Fidelscaia serves as Vice President of First Business Bank, overseeing specialty financing opportunities across the United States with the ability to structure deals up to $25 million to support business growth. She began her banking career in 2010 after working as a real estate agent from 2004 to 2010, progressing from Business Development Officer to Assistant Vice President before attaining her current role. Lana earned a master's degree in economics as a banker and commercial lender from State University of Economics in Moldova, which was re-evaluated upon moving to the United States as a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is NMLS certified and maintains an inactive real estate license. Lana is a member of Financial Women in Texas and SF Net Woman, and she previously belonged to WBCS. She volunteers locally by assisting groups that provide showers and distribute essential items such as shampoo, soap, clothes, and towels to homeless individuals. As a single mother of three who immigrated from Moldova, Lana emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, self-belief, and goal achievement.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop learning, advancing, and never stop believing in yourself. As a single mother with 3 kids who moved from a small country, I achieved things in America. It is possible as long as you believe in yourself, always growing, learning, developing, set up goals and achieving them.
