Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from knowing my purpose and how it can impact others. I believe that if my skills, talents, and abilities are not used to bless and help other people, they are in vain. In order to pursue my dreams, I had to step out of my comfort zone. Moving from Brazil to the United States at the age of twenty was a huge step for me. I didn’t know anyone and I didn’t have family here, so every step came with challenges. However, overcoming those challenges helped me grow and become more resilient. I also believe in giving my best effort in everything I do, and that mindset has opened many doors for me. Finally, I believe people are the most important part of any success. I have found a way to bring value to people’s lives and contribute to society, and my goal now is to help as many people as I can so that I can fulfill my calling in life.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was simple but powerful: “Get out of your comfort zone and pursue your dreams.” Growth and opportunity rarely happen where we feel completely comfortable. Every time I chose to take a risk, learn something new, or try something unfamiliar, I found new strengths, new opportunities, and new directions for my career. Staying open to challenges has helped shape who I am professionally and personally, and I encourage others to never be afraid to step forward in pursuit of their goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage them to give their best effort in everything they do, from the smallest tasks to the biggest responsibilities. Excellence is reflected in the details, and consistent effort adds up to great results in the end. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, but be afraid of not trying. Growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, learning, and continuing to move forward. Surround yourself with people who support you, learn from those with more experience, and trust the process.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In recruiting, many challenges are tied to market conditions and the overall economy. Hiring trends rise and fall, and those factors certainly influence opportunities across industries. However, there are always opportunities for the best professionals. When you consistently excel at what you do, opportunities tend to follow. In today’s world, another challenge is keeping up with the constantly changing market, which makes it important to stay informed about new trends and industry developments. Change does not necessarily mean a threat—it can also be an opportunity for growth and redirection. That’s why it’s important to develop strong, soft, and transferable skills and remain adaptable, so you can turn change into an advantage.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My core values are faith, family, and serving people. I value building strong relationships, being trustworthy, and treating others with kindness and generosity. I chose this career because it allows me to help others and contribute to society using my skills. I also value integrity and strive for excellence in everything I do, both professionally and personally.
