Larkin R. C. Dennis is the Founding Director of HeyNiko, an emerging AI company pioneering cognitive wellness solutions for aging societies. With more than two decades of experience in brand architecture, SaaS strategy, and international business development, Larkin’s work sits at the crossroads of emotional design, operational excellence, and narrative strategy. Through HeyNiko, they are developing a “presence-first” AI platform that supports memory continuity and emotionally intelligent communication for aging adults and their caregivers—bridging technology and humanity in ways that help people feel remembered, not managed.

Before founding HeyNiko, Larkin built and scaled multiple international ventures, including Fallen Love Inc., a brand architecture firm they bootstrapped to an eight-figure acquisition in 2018. They have since led global go-to-market campaigns, designed regulatory frameworks, and guided brands through digital transformation with an emphasis on systems that endure. A sought-after advisor and speaker, Larkin has developed long-term strategic programs for multinational organizations, helping them grow “with memory, not noise.”

Outside of business, Larkin is a classically trained upright bassist, an avid polar diver with over 200 ice dives, and a lifelong equestrian who finds creative renewal exploring remote regions from Iceland to the Rockies. Holding dual U.S. and Netherlands citizenship, Larkin continues to work globally—building thoughtful, enduring systems that blend innovation, empathy, and design for a more connected world.
