I attribute my success to three guiding principles: believing in myself, serving others, and persevering through adversity. Entering and excelling in a male-dominated field required confidence, courage, and the willingness to break barriers despite skepticism and obstacles. I learned early that success begins with believing in your own potential, even when others may not.

Equally important is my commitment to helping others and giving back. True success is measured not only by personal achievements but by the lives we uplift, the opportunities we create, and the legacy we leave behind. Whether through education, mentorship, athletics, or community outreach, I strive to empower others to discover their own strengths and reach their full potential.

Finally, perseverance has been the foundation of every accomplishment in my life. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but they do not define us—our response to them does. I have learned that resilience, faith, hard work, and determination can overcome even the greatest odds. My journey is proof that with unwavering belief, a servant's heart, and the courage to keep moving forward, anything is possible.

The best career advice I've ever received was to believe in myself. Confidence in my abilities has given me the courage to overcome challenges, embrace new opportunities, and continue moving forward, even in the face of adversity. Throughout my journey, especially in male-dominated industries, self-belief has been the foundation of my success.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is when individuals seek me out for consultations or mentorship. Those moments serve as meaningful affirmation that my accomplishments have been earned through years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work. They remind me that true success is not only measured by personal achievements but also by the trust, respect, and positive impact you have on others.

My advice to women entering the boxing industry is to never allow anyone to define your limits. Walk into every gym, meeting, and competition with confidence, knowing that your knowledge, work ethic, and character will ultimately earn respect. Be willing to work harder than expected, continue learning your craft, and let excellence speak louder than stereotypes.

Surround yourself with mentors who genuinely support your growth, remain professional in every aspect of the sport, and never compromise your integrity for acceptance. Most importantly, remember that success is not just about winning titles—it's about opening doors for the women who will follow you. Every barrier you break creates new opportunities for the next generation, so compete with courage, lead with humility, and always lift others as you climb.

One of the biggest challenges for women in boxing is continuing to overcome outdated perceptions and achieving equal recognition, opportunities, and resources. While tremendous progress has been made, women often have to work harder to gain the same visibility, sponsorships, and leadership positions as their male counterparts. Earning respect in a traditionally male-dominated sport still requires resilience, consistency, and unwavering confidence.

At the same time, this is one of the greatest opportunities in the history of women's boxing. The sport is experiencing unprecedented growth, with more female athletes, coaches, officials, promoters, and business leaders than ever before. The pay has dramatically improved into the millions. Women now have the chance not only to compete at the highest levels but also to shape the future of boxing through leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. By continuing to excel, support one another, and advocate for future generations, women are transforming boxing into a more inclusive and dynamic sport for everyone.

The values that guide both my professional and personal life are patience, perseverance, and a commitment to lifelong learning. I believe meaningful success is built through consistency, resilience, and a willingness to keep growing.

Fishing has taught me that patience and persistence often lead to the greatest rewards, while learning to sew has reminded me that it's never too late to develop new skills and embrace new challenges. These experiences reinforce my belief that growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone, remaining teachable, and approaching every opportunity with determination and an open mind.
