Lauren Hull is a passionate entrepreneur, health and lifestyle coach, and marketing and events professional based in Sanford, Florida. She is the Founder and CEO of Lauren Elizabeth Ventures LLC, where she helps individuals build sustainable habits, improve overall wellness, and create balanced, fulfilling lives through personalized coaching and guidance. In addition to her business, she is also the Founder of The Donald Helper Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals battling cancer and providing assistance to families navigating the emotional and financial challenges that come with serious illness. Her work reflects a deep commitment to service, empowerment, and meaningful impact.
Professionally, Lauren serves as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Club Assist – North America, a leading supplier in the automotive battery industry supporting AAA and CAA programs. In this role, she contributes to marketing campaigns, promotional content, and nationwide events, including large-scale initiatives such as the Battery Skills Skills Challenge competition. Her responsibilities span event logistics, branding, communications, and coordination with internal and external partners across the United States. With nearly five years of experience at the organization, she has developed a strong reputation for organization, adaptability, and delivering successful, large-scale events.
Lauren holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Ultimate Medical Academy, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and earned Dean’s List honors. She is currently furthering her education in Health and Lifestyle Coaching through the Health Coach Institute. With a diverse background spanning healthcare administration, restaurant ownership, and marketing leadership, she brings a well-rounded, results-driven approach to her work. The best career advice I have ever received is to never be intimidated by others, to stand up for myself, and to consistently know my worth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to be confidently authentic and embrace what makes you unique. Stay focused on your vision and goals, and do not allow obstacles or doubt to deter you. Keep pushing forward with persistence and self-belief, even when challenges arise.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in my field right now is the ability to expand my reach and territory, allowing me to support a wider range of businesses and individuals. This growth creates more opportunities to deliver meaningful marketing solutions and meet diverse client needs on a larger scale.
