I attribute my success, first and foremost, to my faith. I also believe that surrounding myself with the right people and having the boldness to say yes to opportunities—rather than accepting limitations—has played a significant role in my personal and professional growth.

Do it afraid!
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to know that there are many paths to success. A vocational or trade career can be just as rewarding as a traditional four-year degree. Focus on mastering a valuable service, strive for excellence, and identify the tasks your clients don’t want to do. If you can provide exceptional value in those areas, people will recognize and pay for your expertise.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Some of the biggest challenges and opportunities include workforce development, particularly retaining young talent in developing countries, adapting to the impact of AI on human resources, navigating immigration reform, and leveraging speaking engagements and digital platforms to expand visibility and create greater impact.
