Lea Muehl

Lea Muehl has been working in project management for just shy of five years in the manufacturing sector. She began her role at ABB handling medium voltage drives for the ACS2000 and transitioned approximately two years ago to the renewables division, which primarily involves wind energy. Following an acquisition in November of the previous year, the division expanded to include solar as well. In her position, Lea manages projects both within the factory and externally for services, including customer-facing initiatives and executing projects with the factory team. On the service side, she oversees parts and field upgrades to modernize aging wind turbines with higher quality, newer products. She earned her Masters of Business Administration in 2020. Lea plans to grow within a management role at her current company while deepening her understanding of the renewable business, and she is passionate about coaching other women to achieve recognition through hard work.
