Leigh Rogers is a senior at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, pursuing a degree in Communication Studies and set to graduate in May 2026. A graduate of UMS-Wright Preparatory School in Mobile, Alabama, she has built a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and relationship-building through both academic and extracurricular experiences. At Rollins, Leigh is actively involved with the Kappa Delta Zeta Xi Chapter, where she has held leadership roles including Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing, contributing to the chapter’s growth and engagement.

Professionally, Leigh is gaining hands-on experience in the finance industry as an Investor Relations Analyst at Opus Bloom Capital, where she focuses on investment communications and corporate relations. She has also participated in a marketing internship with Bask Suncare, traveling across the East Coast to promote brand awareness and content creation, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in dynamic, high-impact roles.

I attribute my success to a combination of dedication, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace challenges. Currently, I am a senior in college gaining hands-on experience in the private equity field, and I plan to attend law school after graduation to further broaden my professional opportunities.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize networking and building relationships. Meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and expanding your professional circle can open doors and provide valuable guidance throughout your career.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection and balance. I deeply value time with family and friends, as well as enjoying moments of relaxation and fun—whether that’s at the beach or indulging in a little shopping. These priorities help me stay grounded and energized in all areas of my life.
