I attribute my success to persistence, being strong-willed, and having a supportive network around me.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My current boss introduced me to Mel Robbins who famously says "Let Them" referring to letting others go on without giving notice or care. We should stay focused on our own task at hand without letting others' negativity distract us.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Strong Women Don't Wait For Permission To Shine! My advice to young women entering this industry is not to be intimidated—believe in yourself, know your worth, and know that you can succeed.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining effective time management.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity, ethics, and respect, while I also cherish family time, traveling, cooking, music, dance, and enjoying being in nature/outdoors, especially the forest and mountains. It's all about balance!
