Ten minutes with Tatiana
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes down to consistency, humility, and purpose. I show up every day willing to do the work, to learn, and to grow, even when it’s not easy or visible.
I stay grounded by remembering that real impact is built in the small, steady moments—how you treat people, how you listen, and how you keep going when things get hard. That, more than anything, has shaped my journey.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to simply be myself and stay humble. I’ve learned that consistency and showing up—even during challenging moments—truly make the difference. I believe in doing things the right way, even when no one is watching, and in treating people with kindness, respect, and understanding. That mindset has kept me grounded, focused, and connected to what truly matters throughout my career
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to be patient and stay curious. Keep learning and be open to learning every day. You won't get everything right away, but with consistency, patience, and compassion, you'll go far. I think it's important to stay grounded in your values and remember that growth takes time. Don't expect to have all the answers immediately - embrace the journey and trust the process.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I see challenges as opportunities to grow. When it comes to growth in my field, I don't really see it as a challenge - I think the challenges have become opportunities to grow and develop. These experiences have helped me strengthen my communication and problem-solving abilities, and they've enhanced my ability to support the patients and the staff that I work with. Every challenge is really a chance to get better at what I do.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are respect, consistency, and growth. I believe in doing things the right way, even if no one is watching, and treating people with kindness and understanding. I value growth - always learning and improving, both personally and professionally. These principles guide how I approach my work and how I interact with others every day.
