About Lilian Rebecca
Lilian Rebecca Gonzalez has approximately 1–2 years of experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Get Insured by Vimo. In this role, she handles inbound and outbound calls, assists with account troubleshooting and resets, supports customers with insurance verification, and helps users navigate the platform. Her work is centered on delivering clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced support environment. Previously, she worked at Salem Solutions for a short training period of three months, where she developed foundational customer support skills. She also gained valuable experience at FHC, where she assisted students with federal financial aid applications, password resets, account troubleshooting, ticket submission, and guidance through online financial aid systems. These roles strengthened her ability to support users through complex systems and sensitive processes. Lilian is currently pursuing an Associate in Arts with a focus on Communication at Valencia College, with plans to further her studies in political science and public service. Her professional approach is grounded in strong organizational skills, active listening, and a commitment to helping others navigate challenges effectively. She values honesty, dedication, family, and compassion, which guide both her personal and professional growth.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and to the guidance, support, and values instilled in me by my parents. I also attribute my success to Vince from alliance one (Epass), Philemon from (FHC) and Associates), Trish from (Quality one wireless).
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to slow down and allow the customer to speak fully and explain themselves.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to never give up and to stay persistent, even when challenges arise.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now include handling angry or difficult customers while maintaining professionalism, especially because there most likely confused at what’s going on. As well as managing demanding college coursework, particularly subjects like mathematics.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My most important values in my work and personal life are honesty, commitment, family, strong organizational skills, and love.
