What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of rigorous early training at Johnson & Johnson, extensive experience spanning development through sales, and a career of over 30 years. Most importantly, I focus deeply on understanding my clients’ lifestyles, which allows me to build meaningful relationships and generate repeat business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received came from a developer who asked me to manage a luxury golf gated community project in upstate New York. That opportunity marked the beginning of my real estate career and provided me with comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of every facet of the industry—from the initial land development to project completion.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the power of relationships—people work with those they trust. I encourage young women to build genuine connections, listen carefully, and understand what others truly need.
Don’t be afraid to reinvent yourself. Careers evolve, and some of the most rewarding opportunities come when you step outside your comfort zone and embrace change.
Finally, bring your creativity and authenticity to your work. For me, the most rewarding part of real estate is helping clients find a home they love—many of whom return for multiple transactions, reflecting the lasting relationships I strive to build.
