What do you attribute your success to?
Linda attributes her success to faith, resilience, and a commitment to continuous growth. She began her career immediately after high school, building her foundation through hands-on experience and intentionally stepping into opportunities that challenged her to grow beyond her comfort zone.
Her faith has been a steady anchor throughout that journey, helping her move from uncertainty into a place of calm and confidence. There were moments that tested her, but perseverance, along with others' encouragement, helped her keep moving forward.
Over time, these experiences strengthened both her confidence and her ability to support others at a higher level. She has come to believe that growth is built through consistency, thoughtful effort, and the willingness to continue moving forward, one step at a time.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most valuable lesson Linda has learned is the importance of consistency and reliability in one’s work. While skills can be developed over time, it is integrity, follow-through, and the ability to do the work well, even when it goes unnoticed, that builds lasting trust.
She has found that these qualities create opportunities over time. Consistency becomes your reputation, and that reputation is what allows for continued growth and the ability to support others at a higher level.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Linda’s advice to young women entering this industry is to remain committed to their path and not become discouraged by the pace or competitiveness of the environment. There will always be pressure to compare or to follow what others are doing, but meaningful growth comes from understanding who you are and building from that foundation.
She encourages continuous investment in personal and professional development, along with the thoughtful use of tools and resources that support growth. At the same time, she emphasizes the importance of staying grounded in one’s own voice and values. What sets individuals apart is not how closely they align with others, but how consistently they show up as themselves.
Over time, Linda has found that patience, consistency, and authenticity create a lasting impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges businesses face today is managing growth without the operational structure to support it. As organizations scale, complexity increases, and without clear systems, communication, and coordination, that growth can become difficult to sustain.
At the same time, this challenge presents a meaningful opportunity. Businesses that invest in structure, workflow clarity, and operational support are better positioned to grow with stability and confidence.
The continued shift toward virtual operations has also created new opportunities to support leaders more efficiently, allowing for flexible, high-level operational partnerships regardless of location.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide Linda’s work and personal life are consistency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to caring for people. She believes in showing up with intention, approaching each responsibility thoughtfully, and ensuring that those she supports feel considered and supported in meaningful ways.
Kindness and care are not separate from how she works; they are integral to how she operates. Through My Virtual Tender Touch, she has developed an approach that combines structure, clarity, and a steady, human-centered presence.
At its core, her work is focused on creating environments where people feel supported, operations feel manageable, and progress can happen with greater ease and confidence.
