Linda Mercado is the owner of Leave It to Nunie LLC, doing business as Notary by Nunie, a mobile notary and loan signing service serving South Florida. Since launching her business in 2023, Linda has provided on location notary and loan signing services for title companies and individual clients, traveling directly to homes, offices, and public meeting locations to ensure convenience and smooth, stress free closings. Her work is defined by professionalism, confidentiality, and a client first mindset. Commissioned as a Florida notary in 2017, Linda spent several years building experience before expanding into mobile notary and loan signing services after completing Loan Signing System training in 2023. She has developed strong working relationships with multiple title companies through persistent follow up, in person networking, and local outreach. Linda is known for maintaining a positive, respectful demeanor even on challenging days and for treating every client’s home and documents with care and integrity. Linda completed the Job Corps program, earning her GED and clerical occupations certification, and has additional college background in Business Management. She is NNA certified and specializes in loan signings, affidavits, and general notary services. Passionate about delivering reliable, error free service, Linda takes pride in making each signing experience efficient, comfortable, and professional for every client she serves.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be headstrong, confident in your abilities, and win clients over by consistently leading with kindness and professionalism.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities, my work involves balancing travel, last minute appointments, and social media management turning fast paced demands into opportunities to deliver reliable, high quality service.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are maintaining professionalism at all times, prioritizing family raising my children and nephew and cherishing my free time to relax and recharge at home.
