Q

What do you attribute your success to?

Lindsay’s success is built on adaptability, discipline, and execution. She began her professional foundation studying Marketing, then gained formative experience through unconventional roles—teaching snowboarding in Colorado and instructing children in water sports—where she developed resilience and a strong work ethic.

She launched her career in telecommunications in Nashville, where her performance led to a promotion to Regional Training Director and relocation to Memphis. When COVID-19 disrupted the industry, she transitioned into the automotive car wash sector, quickly distinguishing herself in a male-dominated field. Over the past three years, she has delivered 15% year-over-year EBITDAR growth, demonstrating her ability to lead, execute, and drive results.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple: your potential isn’t limited by your field, only by your mindset. When we develop people and move as a team, we create a culture where everyone wins.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the automotive and carwash industry is simple: you can absolutely succeed. This industry offers tremendous opportunity, and while we may have to fight harder for our seat at the table, we don’t wait to be invited—we knock the door down and prove we deserve to be there. With confidence, determination, and a willingness to learn, women can thrive and lead at every level.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the current challenges in my field is navigating changes in ownership, which can naturally bring uncertainty. That said, I’m confident in my value and ready to embrace whatever opportunities come next. I believe staying fluid through change is essential—it allows you to adapt, grow, and succeed in any environment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me—both professionally and personally—are leading by example and being fully present for the people who matter most. I strive to be where my feet are, whether I’m at work or at home with my kids. I find genuine fulfillment in watching those I lead grow and succeed, both in their careers and in their lives. From celebrating milestones like promotions or buying a first home, to the simple joy of teaching my boys how to catch a baseball or shoot a basketball, those moments of growth and connection mean everything to me.
