Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to truly getting to know my employees, building meaningful relationships, and leading with passion. By investing in my team and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment, I have been able to drive results and inspire growth. This people-centered approach has not only strengthened performance but has also led to being honored with several awards that reflect both my dedication and the collective achievements of my teams.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to know your goals and stay focused on them with intention and confidence. Surround yourself with mentors who can guide you, offer perspective, and challenge you to keep growing both personally and professionally. Building a strong network is also essential because the relationships you form will not only create opportunities but also provide encouragement and support throughout your journey. Most importantly, never allow challenges to discourage you; instead, embrace them as opportunities to learn, strengthen your resilience, and prove to yourself just how much you are capable of achieving.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is maintaining a healthy work-life balance, especially since the demands of the job often fluctuate with the seasons. There are times when the workload is especially heavy, and it requires constant adjustment to ensure I can meet the needs of both my work and my family. At the same time, I see this as an opportunity to grow in flexibility, set priorities more effectively, and be intentional about creating balance in a way that supports both my career and personal life.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are hard work and family. I believe in putting forth my best effort in everything I do, leading by example, and showing my team the importance of dedication and persistence. At the same time, family is at the heart of who I am, and living on my family farm has grounded me in the importance of connection, balance, and staying true to my roots. These values guide the way I lead, the way I serve others, and the way I approach life every day.
