Lisa Guice is a corporate trainer, leadership strategist, and the creator of The Conquer System™, a transformational framework designed to help organizations build confident, resilient, and ready-to-lead talent. With more than 15 years of experience across corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial environments, she specializes in leadership development, workforce advancement, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Her work equips professionals and teams with the internal clarity, confidence, and communication skills required to thrive in today’s complex workplace. A cancer survivor turned leadership strategist, Lisa brings a powerful, lived understanding of resilience and inner strength to her training approach. In addition to her corporate training work, she serves as an career and entreprenuer Facilitator, Trainer and Venture Mentor at Arizona State University, supporting students and emerging entrepreneurs from ideation through market launch and scalability. Understand the value you bring so that you don't need anyone else to validate you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are the continued fluctuations in government rules. The biggest opportunities are creating new solutions for those rules.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value most important to me in both my work and personal life is always operating in grace.
