I attribute my success to believing in myself. I’ve fallen down many times, but each time I got back up stronger. Over the years, my dedication and perseverance have been recognized with several awards, including Manager of the Year.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women entering this industry, my advice is simple: focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. Stay determined and don’t let obstacles distract you from your goals.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this industry is the time spent managing projects. Balancing multiple priorities requires patience, organization, and a commitment to seeing things through to completion.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
On a personal and professional level, I value giving back to my community and caring for my animals. My supportive husband is everything to me, and his encouragement keeps me grounded and motivated every day.
