Her work often focuses on guiding women, mothers of children with autism spectrum conditions, and individuals experiencing life transitions such as menopause.

Before transitioning into holistic health, Lissette built a diverse career in finance, IT recruiting, and sales, including work with Nishinopan Bank. She later shifted her focus to wellness after personal experiences inspired her to support healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is trained in holistic nutrition, yoga instruction, and fashion design, and continues to dedicate her career to empowering others through a compassionate, individualized approach to health and healing.

Ten minutes with Lissette

01What do you attribute your success to?

My family and my autistic daughter who started my journey into holistic healing, yoga and nutrition.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be yourself, be loyal, honest, respectful, have good work ethics, be flexible and offer to help even after hours.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Bring out the goddess in you, do not stop because of age or becoming mothers or grandmothers, dance, sing, do what makes you happy and feel like yourself, life is short.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include younger generation getting jobs for less pay and having entitlement, making it hard for older experienced people to get jobs that support families. Also some students may not believe in the teachings but that is okay.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Respect for others' values and beliefs, do not force your views on anyone, let people make their own decisions.
