Lori Hayes is a UGC creator and social media content creator with over five years of experience in digital content production, currently focusing on expanding and strengthening her online platform. As a stay-at-home mother, she balances her professional work with homeschooling her two daughters, integrating both roles into a structured daily routine. Her work centers on lifestyle and product review content, primarily shared across Instagram, TikTok, and occasionally YouTube, where she engages audiences through authentic and relatable storytelling. I’ve committed myself to learning and contributing wherever I can, including supporting Sierra with her Flip app design, which was also featured on my podcast.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can have a successful career while also being a great mom.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is that you can take care of your children and still build a successful career. With determination, balance, and the right support system, it is possible to pursue your professional goals without sacrificing your role as a mother.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and also an opportunity—in my field right now is gaining the exposure needed to grow and expand my work. Building visibility, connecting with the right audiences, and consistently showcasing value are essential for creating momentum and opening new doors.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are hard work, dedication, and family. I strive to give my best in everything I do while also being fully present for my two daughters, including supporting their education through homeschooling. Balancing both roles is important to me, and I value the ability to provide, nurture, and stay committed to both my career and my family.
