What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a foundation built on faith, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help others. My faith guides my decisions and gives me strength during challenges, while acting with kindness allows me to foster trust and meaningful connections in both my personal and professional life. I believe that true success comes not only from achieving goals but from uplifting those around you, so I strive to approach every opportunity with empathy, integrity, and a collaborative spirit. This combination of faith, compassion, and service has been the cornerstone of my growth and continues to inspire the work I do every day.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to always go beyond what was expected of you. We live in a world where many people expect to only do the bare minimum. Always strive to do so much, you leave others impressed with your delivery.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t be afraid to fail. Embrace the discomfort and sit with the fear, because growth only comes through action and experience. The only way to truly learn and advance is to take chances, even when uncertainty feels daunting. Every challenge presents an opportunity to build resilience, sharpen your skills, and discover strengths you didn’t know you had and those lessons will be invaluable throughout your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are many people don't understand the power of what LinkedIn can bring you - therefore are hesitant to take the first step. That is also the opportunity, more and more individuals are seeing the power of building your personal brand and the opportunities that it can bring. In the age of AI, it's more important than ever to be able to stand out among the rest.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, service, and mentorship. I am deeply committed to working with healthcare leaders, advocating for children and women’s reproductive causes, and supporting substance abuse programs, work that reflects my dedication to making a meaningful impact. I value the lessons I’ve learned from mentors like Santosh Abraham, GTM leader at Logic Pursuits, who taught me invaluable skills, and Brett Kiley, who inspired me to take the leap and start my own company. Their guidance reinforces my belief in giving back, empowering others, and leading with integrity and purpose.
