Maggie Steck is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning residential, land, and commercial real estate. Beginning her career in Georgia, she quickly distinguished herself in new home sales, earning several Multi-Million Dollar Awards and the prestigious recognition for most new home sales in 2006 as part of the Builder/Developer Division of Coldwell Banker in Atlanta. Over the years, she has built a reputation for her tenacity, deep market knowledge, and commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Since 2018, Maggie has focused on commercial real estate and land sales, working closely with builders, developers, and investors to identify and maximize property opportunities. Today, as an Associate Broker with Freedom Commercial LLC in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, she continues to serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate investments. Her current role includes supporting the company’s exciting redevelopment projects, such as transforming a 100-year-old flour mill into a vibrant community hub with restaurants, a brewery, and entertainment space.
