What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is finding land sellers willing to sell at a reasonable cost. Best opportunity is that interest rates are coming down which in turn helps bring more buyers/investors to the table.

Honesty, integrity and showing my clients that I am attentive to their needs and readably available when needed. I am of the old school thought process, I take great care to meet their needs and time-frame. I get the job done!
