About Mallory

Mallory Carey is a construction professional whose career reflects steady growth, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Based in Minnesota, she currently serves as Assistant Project Manager at AndersonCC, Inc., where she supports commercial construction projects from concept through completion. Her professional journey began in healthcare-related work and insurance sales before transitioning into the construction industry. Starting as an administrative assistant for a general contractor, she steadily advanced through project management support roles, ultimately earning her current position through dedication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building successful projects and relationships.

In her role at AndersonCC, Mallory serves as a key liaison between owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams. She is involved in nearly every stage of project delivery, including site walkthroughs, bidding, scheduling, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, project documentation, and communication management. In addition to her project coordination responsibilities, she contributes to marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and executive support, helping drive both operational success and company growth. Her ability to keep complex projects organized while fostering collaboration has made her an invaluable member of her organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mallory is deeply committed to community service and giving back. She actively volunteers with Community Aid of Elk River (CAER), helping distribute food assistance to hundreds of local families and serving on the committee that organizes the organization’s annual golf tournament fundraiser. Her dedication to both her profession and her community earned her a nomination for the 2024 Women in Construction Award in the Unsung Hero category, recognizing the significant impact she makes behind the scenes. Guided by values of hard work, integrity, perseverance, accountability, and service, Mallory continues to build a reputation as a trusted construction professional, community advocate, and emerging leader in the industry.

One of the best pieces of career advice I have received came from a longtime mentor in the construction industry, who encouraged me to stay confident, keep learning, and persevere through challenges.
