She specializes in helping global organizations leverage digital platforms, AI, and data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior customer experiences at scale.
In her role at Accenture, Mamta focuses on digital platforms, omnichannel experiences, and the application of AI to drive business transformation and measurable client outcomes. My advice to young women entering this industry is to remain adaptable and open-minded, as change is constant and often creates new opportunities for growth. Do not shy away from challenges, as they are where the most meaningful learning and development occur. Continuously raise the bar for yourself and those around you by striving for excellence, leading by example, and maintaining a commitment to personal and professional growth.

The biggest challenge in the field right now is the rapid pace of change driven by AI and continuous innovation, which can make it difficult for organizations and professionals to keep up. At the same time, this evolution presents significant opportunities in data science, AI implementation, and the transformation of organizations across industries, enabling greater efficiency, insight, and impact.
