Margaret Farmer

Margaret Farmer serves as a Customer Success Manager with five years of experience in the consulting tech industry. She began her career after completing a technology program through TechBridge, where she developed skills in coding, cloud technologies, help desk support, and healthcare IT following a decade as a stay-at-home mother. In her current role, she focuses on customer success management by guiding clients through feature adoption, managing quarterly business reviews, collaborating with sales teams, mitigating churn, and ensuring stable ROI while identifying growth opportunities. Margaret is launching Diallo Design, a venture aimed at creating cost-effective cloud and technical solutions for underserved organizations including nonprofits, startups, and small to medium businesses facing budget or licensing constraints. She is a member of Women in Cloud and Women Tech Makers and draws on her non-traditional path to embrace new challenges and support other women entering the field.
