Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my positive mindset and my ability to adapt no matter what obstacles or storms are around me. I stay focused on my purpose, which is to impact as many women as possible and help them be successful not only in their professional life but also their personal life. No matter what life throws at me, I just stay stuck and move and change. That's how I've made it so far. Even when things keep throwing rocks at you, you have to keep going. My faith has been central to this journey, though I'll be honest, there was a time when I lost it completely after my brother killed himself in front of me when I was young. I lost my memory for two months, but eventually my faith came back. Studying psychology also transformed my approach to everything. It made my relationships so much deeper, and I truly believe that if people use psychology the right way, they can be incredibly successful. I've invested a great deal of money in my growth through business coaches, speaking coaches, and communities like Global Bomb and Connector Leaders Academy for Life, and I know I'm going to go up there because I didn't spend all that money for nothing.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received has come from a combination of mentors, coaches, and my own life experiences. Each has played a role in shaping my mindset, strengthening my discipline, and helping me stay focused on a clear vision for my future. Together, they’ve taught me the importance of continuous growth, resilience, and trusting the path I’m building.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to never give up on themselves and to stay consistent, even when the path feels challenging. Your current circumstances do not define your future—what matters most is your persistence, your belief in yourself, and your willingness to keep showing up and growing.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

A key challenge is breaking through self-doubt and external skepticism, while a major opportunity lies in the growing demand for personal development, coaching, and authentic voices that can relate to real-life struggles.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith, resilience, growth, and service are central to my values. I'm deeply committed to helping others transform their lives while staying grounded in my purpose. My positive mindset and ability to adapt no matter what obstacles come my way define how I approach everything. I stay focused on impacting as many women as possible and helping them be successful not only professionally but personally. I also value authenticity and being real about my journey. I can't say I've always had faith because there was a time when I lost it completely, but it came back. I believe in continuous growth, which is why I've invested so much in coaching, speaking training, and communities that support my development. I love fishing, bowling, karaoke, and creative expression like songwriting. I'm passionate about connecting with others and building meaningful community impact, especially around domestic violence awareness.
