Her work focuses on translating security, operational, and compliance requirements into scalable, resilient systems throughout the full data center lifecycle, from design and build through operational readiness. She is known for navigating ambiguity, identifying operational gaps, and driving execution in complex, high-risk environments that demand precision, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay true to yourself and trust in the value of your unique voice, background, and perspective. Don’t be discouraged by a lack of representation your contributions matter and can make a real difference. Confidence comes with experience and consistency, so remain committed, keep learning, and believe in your ability to succeed.
