What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to have confidence in myself and my abilities—and to remember that if I keep doing the same things I’ve always done, I’ll only get the same results. It taught me to be intentional, take risks, and push beyond my comfort zone to grow.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to be confident in themselves, break unhelpful cycles, and forge their own paths. Use your lived experiences as a strength to support and uplift others, and don’t be afraid to carve out your own unique journey.

The value I prioritize most in both my work and personal life is positivity—approaching challenges with optimism, lifting others up, and finding opportunities for growth and connection in every situation.
