Marissa Gannascoli

I am a sales and hospitality professional with a passion for opening new hotels, building relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I currently serve as Sales Manager at the Cambria Portland Pearl District with PM Hotel Group, a role I stepped into in April 2025, where I am leading sales efforts for this highly anticipated hotel opening in the summer of 2025. In this role, I am responsible for driving group sales, cultivating client relationships, and establishing the hotel's presence in the Portland market.

Prior to this role, I served as a Sales Enthusiast at the Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District for over a year, where I contributed to the hotel's pre-opening and early operations, supporting sales initiatives and helping to build a strong foundation for long-term success. Before that, I served as Catering Sales Manager at The Hotel Zags for over a year, where I managed catering sales, developed new business, and delivered memorable events for clients. I also served as Assistant General Manager at Sonesta Hotels in Vancouver, Washington, for six months, where I supported hotel operations and team leadership.

Earlier in my career, I spent a year at Provenance Hotels, where I served as Front Desk Manager at the Dossier Hotel in Portland for nine months, managing front office operations and guest services, and as Front Desk Representative for four months, where I developed my foundation in guest service and hospitality operations.
