Direct oversight for the academic graduate business programs in New York City and Berlin as well as continuing educational/corporate programs in New York. 


Responsible for strengthening the individual programs of the School; enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration and integration among appropriate disciplines of the University; managing the academic, personnel, strategic, financial, and administrative operations; fundraising; and building vital partnerships with alumni and the greater business community. 


Highlights include: establishment of 2 advisory boards; restructuring of Career Resource Center; restructuring adjunct faculty pay scale; launching of 2 new Advanced Certificates (not-for-profit management and business creation entrepreneurship), creation of 4 online pre-req courses, creation of courses leading to licensing certification (i.e., Six Sigma, HRIS/HRIP, NYS Notary), dual-degree BS/MS in Accounting, MS in Data Analytics (in collaboration with the Graduate School of Technology), DO/MBA in Healthcare Management, MA & PhD in Jewish Studies with a pathway to an Advanced Certificate in Not-for-Profit Management, and JD/MBA; issuance of badges for 8 in-demand soft skills (e.g., oral presentation, writing, critical thinking, problem solving, ethical reasoning, teamwork, quantitative reasoning, intercultural knowledge); launch of new MBA in AI; multiple pathway programs with inter-Touro graduate & undergraduate schools; introduced AI software to increase students’ oral communication skills and AI course; digital badges; continuing education credit provider for SHRM and Real Estate license certifications and recertification; launched 2 co-curricular programs—Moonshot Scholars & Business Plan Competition; established the GSB alumni council; established the “First-Gen/Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Fund”; forged multiple company collaborations; installation of Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society; and achieved ACBSP accreditation.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents and the many mentors I've had the good fortune to have over the years. In addition, I would add: perseverance, positive attitude, thinking outside the box, always willing to learn and share.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't share your personal problems/issues with the people you work with!

Learn to also "manage up"!

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Get to know your "players" and ensure they recognize your name and face. Don't be reluctant/afraid to share your successes in a non-boasting manner.

Be ethical, empathic, fair.
