01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to be fearless and to walk in with confidence. Do not allow anyone to belittle you or make you feel less than capable. Believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and give everything you have to your work. There are women in leadership roles today, and you can absolutely become one of them as well.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field is the rapid growth of AI and adapting to new digital tools in previously manual processes. At the same time, it creates opportunities for continuous learning and the development of new skills that help me grow professionally.
