Mayra Rosner
Mayra Rosner is a fitness entrepreneur and franchise owner based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, currently operating a Stride Fitness studio in Furlong. With over seven years of experience as a business owner in the boutique fitness industry, she has built, scaled, and managed multiple studios, including five successful Club Pilates locations. Her transition into fitness entrepreneurship followed an earlier career in education and public administration, reflecting a long-standing commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
She began her professional journey in education as a special education teacher in New York City and Boston before moving into educational policy and leadership roles in New Jersey. There, she served as a program manager at the New Jersey Department of Education and later as Director of Special Funded Programs for the Perth Amboy School District, where she managed federal funding, wrote grants, and supervised principals to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. After taking a break from education, she became a certified Pilates instructor following her own recovery from injury, which led her into the fitness industry.
Mayra eventually founded her first Club Pilates studio and expanded it to five locations, becoming one of the brand’s early and highly respected franchisees known for strong operational performance, leadership, and mentorship. After successfully growing and later selling her studios, she joined Stride Fitness to help launch and expand its franchise model. She is known for a data-driven, hands-on leadership style focused on team building, client retention, and operational excellence, with a core philosophy centered on teamwork, accountability, and improving both physical and mental well-being through fitness.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my superintendent, who emphasized the importance of humility above all else. I was reminded that no matter how much experience or knowledge I gain, there is always something to learn from others, regardless of their background or role.
Another key piece of advice was to remain organized in all aspects of my work. Staying organized helps me stay focused, manage responsibilities effectively, and ensure consistency in my performance.
