Meenakshi Suruthi

Meenakshi Suruthi is an architect and urban designer associate working with an NGO. She has over three years of experience in the architecture field, with a passion for designing buildings that create impact and specializing in urban design to consider the city as a whole and involve people. She is also aligned with BIM technology to support building implementation and design through automation. Meenakshi completed her bachelor's in architecture in India, followed by a part-time master's focused on transit-oriented development and transit infrastructure while working. She later pursued an MS in urban design at NJIT to gain global experience. She is a member of AIA and holds a LEED Green Associate certification. In addition to her professional work, she donates a portion of her salary to NGOs in India supporting children and orphanage centers.
