Megan Intinarelli is an experienced automotive professional who serves as a Titles Department Manager at Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, Nevada. In this leadership role, she oversees title operations and manages the processing of in-state and out-of-state transactions, DMV communications, taxes, registrations, and complex title issues. With extensive knowledge of Nevada DMV regulations and dealership systems, Megan brings strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to her work.
Megan has built a diverse career within the automotive and business services industries, with experience spanning nearly 14 years. Before becoming a Titles Department Manager, she worked in Titles at Findlay Toyota Henderson, as a Customer Service Representative at Mechanics Bank, in the Business Office at CarMax, and as an Office Service Manager at Desert Valley Heating & Cooling. Her progression through these roles has given her a broad understanding of dealership operations, customer service, administrative processes, and automotive sales support.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Megan is passionate about authentic storytelling and personal growth. In 2019, she created For the Girl Who, a blog that later developed into a podcast designed to provide a space for honest conversations about the difficult and often overlooked realities of life. She is also pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management at the College of Southern Nevada. Through her leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to continuous learning, Megan has established herself as a skilled professional in automotive title administration and dealership operations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, resilience, and a commitment to learning. A great mentor taught me Nevada DMV laws and processes, inspiring my drive for knowledge and giving me the confidence to effectively manage my own department.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received came from my mother: always be your own best advocate and never be afraid to ask for what you deserve.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never let anyone tell you what you cannot do. Use criticism as motivation to grow, improve, and prove to yourself what you’re capable of achieving.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is consumer unfamiliarity with DMV processes and vehicle registration requirements. This creates an opportunity to educate buyers and clearly explain contracts and procedures so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are persistence, resilience, and continuous growth. I believe in being my own best advocate, learning from challenges, and using criticism as motivation to improve. I never want to let someone else’s doubts define what I’m capable of achieving.
