About Meghan
Auto Babes is a community and movement created to empower, connect, and celebrate women in the automotive industry. Through events, education, mentorship, and networking, Auto Babes creates a space where women can build confidence, grow their careers, and support one another.
AB Foundation is the nonprofit extension of that mission, focused on creating real opportunities for women through education, mentorship, financial assistance, grants, and community programs. Our goal is simple: fueling women’s futures and helping them turn their potential into possibility.

Ten minutes with Meghan
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the incredible community of women and men who believe in our mission and continue to support, encourage, and grow alongside us. I’m also deeply motivated by my husband and daughter, who inspire me every day to keep pushing forward, dream bigger, and build something that creates a lasting impact.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never be afraid to start over. Your path doesn’t have to be perfect or linear, and sometimes the biggest opportunities come from the moments that force you to change direction. Trust yourself, take the leap, and keep moving forward, even when you can’t see exactly where the road will lead.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don’t let being a woman make you feel like you don’t belong, your perspective is your strength. Be confident, ask questions, learn from every experience, and never be afraid to take up space. Find people who believe in you, build your community, and remember that you don’t have to compete with other women, you can lift each other up and grow together. Most importantly, believe in yourself before anyone else does.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think one of the biggest challenges is that women are still underrepresented in the automotive industry, but that also creates an incredible opportunity. There is so much room for women to step in, bring new perspectives, and build careers in every area of the industry. I’m excited to be part of a movement that is changing the culture, creating more opportunities, and showing the next generation of women that there is absolutely a place for them in automotive.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are authenticity, resilience, family, and community. I believe in staying true to who you are, treating people with kindness and respect, and never giving up when things get difficult. My family is my biggest motivation, and I’m passionate about building a community where people genuinely support, encourage, and celebrate one another.
