Melissa Valle is a dedicated bilingual litigation paralegal based in Denver, Colorado, currently serving at Hailey | Hart PLLC. With her foundational education in Political Science, Government, and Spanish from the University of Arizona, Melissa brings over two decades of experience in legal services, beginning with her first exposure to the field in 1995 and advancing to full-time legal work by 2001. I attribute my success to the strong leadership of the women I work for, as well as the unwavering support of my family.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering my industry to never give up. You will encounter dead ends and hear “no” along the way, but it’s important not to take “no” as the final answer.
