As President and CEO of Innovative Global Workforce Consulting LLC, Michele advises organizations on strategic planning, program innovation, and workforce systems transformation. She holds a Master of Science in Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. The biggest challenges in my field right now are navigating the political climate and securing funding, while a key opportunity lies in identifying and leveraging alternative funding sources.
