What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being dynamic, determined, intrepid, and deeply committed to the work I do. I genuinely love my work, and that passion—especially for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging—drives me every day.
Community building is at the heart of everything I do. Creating spaces where people feel connected, supported, and seen is not only my focus, but also the foundation of every project and role I take on.
