What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received has come from several mentors who have guided me along the way. My college diving coach, John Bransfield, helped shape my career path by recognizing my skills and encouraging a strong work ethic. At Riddell, both Erin Griffin, whom I consider a mentor, and Lisa Kays, who genuinely cares about my career growth, have provided invaluable guidance and support.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to network as much as possible, focusing on building meaningful relationships and mentorships. Stay open to exploring different career paths, as opportunities often arise in unexpected ways.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are trust and a strong work ethic. Growing up as an athlete instilled in me the drive to succeed not just for myself, but for my team as well. I’m particularly proud of surpassing my 2024 goal by selling over $1 million in custom helmets for my team, as well as having the opportunity to collaborate with the fashion industry on different projects. Outside of work, I enjoy the sports and endurance world—diving, triathlons, and cycling on the lake. I’m also active with Lakeview Run Club, enjoy socializing, exploring new restaurants, and attending sporting events in Chicago.
