She is an experienced healthcare operations and program management leader with more than three decades of experience in workflow optimization, process improvement, data analysis, and operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing effective systems, and creating practical solutions that support organizational success.
As the Mobile Screening Program Manager at Moffitt Cancer Center, she is leading the implementation of Florida's first Mobile Lung Screening Program, bringing together operational, clinical, and community stakeholders to expand access to healthcare services through innovative and accessible approaches. She also develops and facilitates interactive educational initiatives designed to increase awareness, encourage engagement, and connect individuals with valuable health resources.
Prior to her current role, she served in several positions at Moffitt Cancer Center, including Supervisor, Department Coordinator, and Senior Data Analyst. Earlier in her career, she helped redesign administrative processes within a hospital setting, creating streamlined systems that improved workflows from patient intake through medical records management, billing operations, health insurance contract administration, and behavioral health services.
She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Rasmussen University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone. Throughout my career, I've never been afraid to take on new challenges, learn new skills, or raise my hand for opportunities that allowed me to grow. I also believe that building strong relationships, staying adaptable, and focusing on solutions rather than obstacles have played a significant role in my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be willing to raise your hand for new challenges. You may not always know exactly where the path will lead, but growth comes from being adaptable, learning along the way, and staying focused on making a difference
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't focus so much on the title that you miss the opportunity. Some of the most valuable experiences in my career came from saying yes to challenges that allowed me to learn, contribute, and grow. Build a reputation for being someone who solves problems, and opportunities will find you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in healthcare today is finding innovative ways to bring services directly to the communities that need them most. As healthcare organizations continue to focus on prevention and early detection, there is tremendous potential to improve access through mobile programs, community partnerships, and patient-centered outreach. The challenge is ensuring that these services are not only available but also accessible, convenient, and supported by effective education and engagement strategies. Success requires collaboration, creativity, and a willingness to rethink traditional models of healthcare delivery.

Integrity, perseverance, service, collaboration, and accountability.
