Michelle Wiltse
Michelle Wiltse is a visionary founder and entrepreneur, dedicated to reimagining the future of pet health through technology that combines empathy with innovation. Growing up with a dream of becoming a veterinarian, Michelle’s lifelong love for animals continues to guide her work today. With extensive experience spanning AI transformation, next-generation technology, data consulting, and product development, she has led complex initiatives that bridge innovation with real-world impact. A former high-level athlete, Michelle brings grit, humility, and heart to every project she undertakes.
In 2025, Michelle founded CompanAIn, a patent-pending platform designed to empower pet owners and veterinarians with actionable, data-driven insights for companion animal wellness. By leveraging AI to anticipate health issues and personalize care, CompanAIn aims to extend the healthy years pets share with their families. Michelle’s approach is rooted in inclusion and accessibility, ensuring that advanced, proactive pet healthcare is available to all, not just a select few. Her personal experiences, such as monitoring her own dog Ralston’s health, have informed the company’s mission to transform preventive pet care.
Before founding CompanAIn, Michelle gained experience in consulting and analytics with top firms including Deloitte, McLagan Data & Analytics, and Nielsen, where she specialized in AI, data strategy, and sports analytics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from Clemson University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master’s degree in Global Finance from Bayes Business School. Her expertise, combined with her passion for animals and technology, positions Michelle as a leading voice in the emerging field of AI-driven pet health, with the CompanAIn app launching in February 2026.
