About Mischelle

Mischelle Alvi is the Assistant Vice President of the Mobile Division at PNC Bank, where she leads operations across the Chicago and Illinois territory. Her career in retail banking began during her undergraduate years when she joined a bank as a teller while pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance and international business. Although her family background emphasized medicine and engineering, Alvi discovered her aptitude for finance and expanded her experience through roles in branches, risk, relationship management, and wealth management at institutions such as Wells Fargo, BMO, and Huntington before a brief period in healthcare finance. She returned to banking at PNC, where she values the organization's investment in employee growth, including sponsored programs like a FinTech degree from Harvard. Beyond her corporate role, Alvi owns the Max Period brand, an entrepreneurial venture that bridges market gaps by providing employment in other countries, and she coaches high school students, particularly young women, in skill building to reach approximately 320 participants annually.
