What do you attribute your success to?

First, I want to give God the glory for my success! Also, my success has come as a result of my grit, discipline, skills, and perseverance, alongside support from mentors, family, and colleagues, past leaders plus seizing opportunities and learning from failures, recognizing that no one succeeds entirely alone!

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Love your work. To gain expertise and broad experience. Focus on becoming an expert in one area while acquiring knowledge in various job functions and industries. Engage in a variety of job functions. Stay dedicated and don’t lose your creativity. Stay commited to your liong-term goals.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Focus on blending your passion with practical skills by networking genuinely, volunteering strategically (even for "un-fun" tasks ), seeking mentors, and relentlessly developing transferable skills in areas like fundraising or marketing, while also being confident to speak up and learn continuously from mistakes and leaders in the field

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Biggest challenges intensified funding pressures(increased donor selectivity) and workforce crises, including burnout, talent retention, and leadership gaps, all compounded by economic uncertainty and a rapidly changing digital landscape, requiring greater adaptation, transparent leadership, and strategic financial and technological planning.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in my work and personal life are sharing my faith with others, generosity, honesty, compassion and kindness, family, growth, and creativity,
