Success means leaving people, processes, and organizations better than I found them. Titles change, but the positive impact you make on others is what lasts.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Molly
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to determination, resilience, and the mindset that giving up is not an option. As the oldest daughter in an immigrant family and a single mother of three children, I have learned the importance of showing up every day, working hard, and staying focused on my goals. I have developed strong time management skills that allow me to be efficient, complete my responsibilities, and create balance between my professional commitments and my personal life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to never doubt myself or limit my own potential. I believe in pursuing opportunities that align with my passions and goals, even when they feel challenging or uncertain. I remind myself that it is not my place to say no to my own opportunities—if something does not work out, I can learn from the experience, but I should always have the courage to try first.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering my industry to approach their careers with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Many people enter this field without prior knowledge, which creates an opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and identify areas for improvement. Ask questions, speak up when you see opportunities for change, and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement because the only constant in life and business is change.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is adapting to artificial intelligence and learning how to use it as a tool to improve the way we work. While there may be concerns about how AI will impact jobs, I believe it has the potential to help us work smarter, increase efficiency, and enhance our processes when used thoughtfully. At the same time, there are many opportunities within the industry, from frontline operations and leadership to implementation, state and government affairs, and other areas of growth. As long as people continue to buy vehicles, there will continue to be opportunities to build careers and contribute to this evolving industry.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are accountability, empathy, and honesty. I believe every person, regardless of their role or position, should take ownership of their responsibilities, treat others with understanding, and communicate with integrity. Whether I am leading a team or working alongside others, I believe these values create trust, strengthen relationships, and provide the foundation for personal and professional success.
