Her Interview
Ten minutes with Mona
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my natural ability to bring people together, communicate with purpose, and positively influence others. Throughout my career, I consistently found myself leading groups, facilitating important conversations, and helping individuals grow. Those experiences helped me recognize that leadership development and coaching were where I could make my greatest impact. As I progressed into leadership development roles, the encouragement and affirmation I received from the people I coached gave me the confidence to launch my own business and continue helping others grow professionally and personally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to never take anyone for granted. I believe in building genuine relationships with everyone—from the person greeting you at the front desk to the CEO. Every individual deserves respect, and meaningful relationships can create opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and enrich your professional journey.
